Staff friendly & helpful. Stayed with friends & alone, felt safe, comfortable & relaxed. Great location on jr line, would stay again. Close to Meguro Station. Male night staff helpful, gave cord extension for phone. Convenient for sakura season, near Meguro River view. No response for early check-in, but pleased with sunny room on 9th floor. Soft lights needed, but great touches like shampoo bar, set breakfast options & beverage counter. Loved the experience.

This hotel is a great value for money. The rooms are basic but have everything you need, including a long sofa to relax on. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is a highlight of the stay, with both Japanese and European options to choose from. The prime location close to the station makes it convenient to explore the area. I also appreciated the attention to detail shown in the cleaning services provided.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Firstly, the location is unbeatable - just a stone's throw away from the train station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. And let me tell you about the rooms - they are spacious and comfortable, complete with a long sofa for ultimate relaxation. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to start the day off right.

Conveniently located near Meguro station, just a 50 meter walk. Requested early check-in, but no response. Room on the 9th floor had good sunlight compared to previous stay. Enjoyed the breakfast options, both Japanese and European. Friendly staff and plenty of nearby restaurants and convenience stores.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The twin room on the 9th floor had good sunlight and was spacious. The hotel's location, being very near the train station, provided convenient access to various areas of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also had nice touches like a shampoo bar and a set breakfast option.

The breakfast selection was amazing, with both Japanese and European options to choose from. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us with any requests or questions we had. The location of the hotel was perfect, being right next to the train station and on the Yamanote line, making it very convenient to explore the city. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and we loved being able to take a leisurely walk along Meguro River.
One minor issue was that there was no fan in the bathroom, so it would get a little foggy after a few showers. Additionally, it would have been nice to have more English-speaking staff available, especially for non-Japanese guests.
